If there’s a chat about recruitment, cars, football or ancient civilizations, Jeff’s likely already in it—or about to join. A die-hard Arsenal fan, he’s known for talking your ear off on anything from finding the perfect hire, the perfect midfielder to the dream car (preferably not requiring road tax!)
As the youngest of six, he’s always had a talent for grabbing attention—usually with a full plate in hand. Whether he’s headhunting senior talent, fine-tuning recruitment processes for clients or puzzling over why Romans didn’t invent recruitment software first, his grey hair shows years of hiring expertise he wears as a badge of honour.
Always driven by curiosity and ambition, Jeff brings energy and focus to every project—whether he’s mapping out a long-term hiring strategy or diving into another chapter of history.

Jeff with the unwavering support and encouragement of his daughter Liz, successfully completed the 50km Cotswold’s Ultimate Challenge.
Thanks to generous donations, they raised a smidgeon under £2000 for both Prostate Cancer UK and Cancer Research UK.
We’re taking active steps to protect the environment by planting trees through Tree-Nation to see the trees we’ve contributed to balance our carbon emissions and create a greener future for all.
